As a conservative Christian, I am embarrassed beyond all measure that a website like this must exist to counter the idiocy of Wilson/Wilkins.
Is "Not on the Palouse, Not Ever" the name of an organization? If so, it's too damn long. And goofy.

Once again, Doug Wilson gets his colossal ego stroked with a newspaper article. He gets to tell us all how harmless and Godly he truly is, and as an added bonus gets to hurl vitriol on yet another target. Let's see now, Doug has blamed all his ills on the media (specifically the Moscow-Pullman Daily News), the University of Idaho, the U of I Office of Human Rights and Diversity, the public school system, the liberals, the homosexuals, the feminists, Raul Sanchez, Bill London, and the many groups behind the Not in Our Town campaign. He has ridiculed anyone and everyone who doesn't espouse his views, especially those holding other religious faiths. Yet Doug publicly whines about how he has been victimized and unfairly targeted by those who made his own words public. It is libelous to repeat, verbatim, his words.
We have all heard the stories about Doug and his followers' involvement in malicious pranks, vandalism, intimidation, meeting disruption, cover-ups, political string-pulling, and threats. Rumors are just rumors, but when one sees clouds of billowing smoke it is hard to discount the possibility of fire. We have all watched and listened as Doug uses his "rhetoric" in insult attacks during what he calls "forums" and "debates". And now this bloated, self- agrandizing, self-referencing blowhard has the nerve to call "foul" when he is finally outed for the nasty piece of work he is. Those who choose not to volunteer for verbal bludgeoning while listening to him spew garbage are chastised for "running away". Doug without an audience is like a fish out of water.
Doug is so upset that someone, in fact many someones, has dared to tell
him he is slimey and wicked that he is whining to the Governor to make it
stop. What if he turned the energy he expends in self-justification towards recognizing his own ignorant, bigoted, homophobic, sexist ranting
as un- Christian? The only one victimizing Doug, his schools, followers,
and Christ Church is Doug himself. If he had ever exhibited one iota of
respect for the rights of others, he wouldn't now be sniveling about the
intolerance being shown towards his behavior and views.
