"Syringa Mobile Home Park: Past, Present and Future" was the topic of the panel discussion at the League of Women Voters of Moscow forum at the  1912 Community Center.   ​​The panel included: Maureen E. Laflin, professor of law at the University of Idaho College of Law; Jessica Long, clinical professor at UI Collage of Law; Steve Bonnar, executive director of Sojourners' Alliance; and Dave McGraw, Latah County commissioner.

The group talked about the issues facing the residents of the Park since 2014; what will likely happen in the future to them; the physical issues of the land; and what will be left for the county to clean up.
