Dulce Kersting-Lark presented "Rural America, Then and Now: How Persistent Change Shapes Communities" at the League of Women Voters of Moscow forum on Wednesday (Sept. 18) at the 1912 Center.

In conjunction with the Smithsonian traveling exhibit on display in Moscow, Kersting-Lark will explore some of the major forces of change in rural America over the last 100 years and facilitate a conversation with attendees about what the future may hold. 

Kersting-Lark is the executive director of the Latah County Historical Society and holds a master's degree in public history from Washington State University. She is the project coordinator for the Moscow exhibition of "Crossroads: Change in Rural America."
